Refunds and Returns

Orders will not be refunded due to change of mind or incorrect sizes (clothing).  We have placed a clear size chart for all our products. Please make sure you select the correct one.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged items must be submitted within 30 days after the placement of the order date. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days from the date of the order placement day. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. If the package has a tracking number from a courier company and it shows the package has been delivered to the correct address we will process the refund if you obtain a certificate or letter from the mailing carrier informing that the package was not delivered even though it shows in the system the contrary. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment. Your refund will be processed by our company within a time frame of no more than 48 hours after the approval (it's your money, you should have it fast!). Please note that the financial institution takes additional time for processing your credit and this is not under our control.

Shipping To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided after you contact customer service at customerserv@hugsandgifts.com or call us via 214-791-3901. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All products require 5 calendar days for production. We ship our products from our shop located in Dallas TX.
